Website terms

Effective: 11 September 2026

These terms cover the current FireBid Radar information website and enquiries about our planned service.

1. Who we are

FireBid Radar is operated by Mateusz Wiecek trading as FireBid Radar, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

Business and correspondence address:
Flat D, 15 Park View
Stoneyburn, EH47 8AX
United Kingdom

Email: hello@firebidradar.co.uk.

2. Current availability

FireBid Radar is being prepared for UK businesses that want to find relevant public-sector fire-safety procurement opportunities. This is an information website: accounts, subscriptions and online payments are not currently available.

Contacting us to discuss a demonstration or early access does not place an order, reserve a place or create a paid subscription. Product illustrations explain the proposed service; they are not live procurement records or evidence of automated delivery.

3. Planned Professional subscription

The planned Professional price is £129 GBP per month. No VAT is charged. The seller is not VAT registered.

The proposed scope includes up to three monitoring profiles and up to three users in your business, source-linked notices and fit assessments, requested email summaries, a shared watchlist, assisted setup and renewal signals where the available evidence supports them.

Availability and features remain subject to launch verification. We will confirm the available scope, service start date, delivery arrangements and complete order terms before accepting payment.

The proposed subscription will renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation is intended to stop the next renewal, with access continuing until the end of the current paid period. The applicable delivery, cancellation and refund terms will be supplied before a subscription can be purchased. No payments are being taken at this stage.

4. Procurement information and limitations

Our initial source focus is Find a Tender and Contracts Finder. Notices, deadlines and procurement documents can change. Check the current official buyer notice, corrections and tender documents before making decisions.

FireBid Radar is independent of public procurement authorities and procurement portals. It does not guarantee complete coverage, bidder eligibility, a successful bid or a contract award. The planned service does not write or submit bids and does not provide legal or procurement advice.

A renewal signal is an estimate based on available evidence, not a confirmed future tender or guaranteed renewal date. Optional extensions and incomplete records may limit or prevent a forecast. Not every award or contract will have a renewal signal.

5. Links to other websites

Links to official sources and other providers take you to websites operated by those organisations. Their content, services and privacy arrangements are governed by their own terms and policies.

6. Questions and complaints

For questions about the website, the proposed service, billing or a complaint, contact hello@firebidradar.co.uk. Explain what happened and the outcome you are seeking so we can respond.

How we handle information in your message is explained in our privacy notice.

7. Your rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these website terms as the service develops. The effective date above identifies the current version. Separate subscription terms will be provided before paid service begins.
